If you decide not to go ahead with the photo restoration we will return your photograph or negative to you.
If you do not wish to send us your photographs just for a quotation please send us a scanned image by disk. Please ensure that they are scanned at their highest possible resolution.
Your photographs should be packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend that you place your photograph or negative between two pieces of cardboard, placed inside a plastic bag. This along with your order should then be sent to us in a cardboard backed envelope with your name and return address clearly printed on the outside.
